Children are very sensitive and they can feel bad even for very small incidents in life. If they are ever threatened or made afraid of something then it can lead them towards anxiety very easily. Usually anxiety in children is just like adult anxiety. Sometimes anxiety is normal. But at times this anxiety attacks prevails into a child’s personality that is termed as disorder. School Phobia: This is one of the most knows anxiety causes in children. Some children develop this fear as soon as they start going to school or after a certain time period. Some main anxiety causes in school phobia is going away from home. Getting excessive homework form school. Not having good friends in school. Usually children show excuses for not going to school like he is ill, he is not feeling good. In fact all these are lame excuses, the child is afraid of going to school. Some professional say that it is due to traditional atmosphere of schools that make children think in this way. If we can change school’s environment then children will take interest in going to school and hanging out with friends.
This is another big known anxiety causes. Children are afraid of getting away from home. They feel insecure while going out in society. This is quite similar to school phobia. If proper work is done on child’s psychology and behavior then he won’t develop such fear in his mind.
Another one form anxiety causes is Mental stress. Mental stress directly leads to anxiety attacks. If a child is imposed with tough responsibilities at home or at school then it is normal that this child will develop anxiety in his mind.
